All MAMUTH Case Sealers ship LTL (Less Thank Truckload). The carrier is by common truck freight. This shipment is crated and requires you to have use of a forklift or a truck bed height loading dock and a pallet jack to receive the delivery. Freight must be signed for and the buyer is responsible for assisting with the unloading of the shipment from the delivery truck.

If damages to freight should occur:  Never accept badly damaged freight. Always inspect your shipment prior to signing for your shipment. Refuse the shipment (do not sign for the shipment) if your item has been badly damaged. Make certain to take photos of any damages. If you refuse a damaged shipment, the shipment will be automatically returned by the carrier to Superior at no charge to you. If your shipment is damaged and you refuse your shipment, Superior will either refund you all your monies or ship you a replacement unit.
